Run Strong - Greville Smyth Park
Run Strong is a This Mum Runs designed, weekly class that aims to help you feel stronger and stay injury free.
In true TMR style, these classes are inclusive and super friendly, they are aimed at all runners comfortable running for 30 mins and ready for the next step, for regular runners wanting to get a bit quicker, as well as those of you preparing for various events. In short, they are for EVERYONE!
Wondering what the hell 'Intervals' are or too scared to try 'Hills'? We will show you how!
Struggling to find time to do anything that builds strength, on top of everything else? These classes will do that too!
Taught by our lovely team of super qualified coaches, the hour long sessions combine HiiT style exercises (think Joe Wicks!) with interval, speed and hill drills - debunking the myths, getting rid of the jargon, and well - helping you run strong!
This year, the classes will be offered in 10 week terms throughout spring and summer - this means you are part of a familiar and supportive group each week and get all the many benefits of regular and consistent training.
Each term runs for 5 weeks and start:

Places for these classes are strictly limited and on a first come first served basis. Be sure to select the term(s) you want before heading to the checkout.

Course transfers can be offered up to 7 days prior to the course start date. After the course has begun we will not be able to offer refunds, deferments or transfers.
Courses are for one hour each week, for 10 weeks, with each session held on the same day of the week, at the same time as the first session.
