Comfort : 3 ⭐️ Cuffs a little tight.
Quality : 5⭐️ Well made. Very light fabric and nice seams & fastenings.
Sizing: 4⭐️A little light round my bum, but otherwise fits really well!
Recommend to a friend? Not sure that I would..... fabric very nice, but in a jacket I would want pockets and possibly a hood - definitely a problem having no pockets though.
Comfort: 4.5⭐️Incredibly light and barely noticeable when on. I would have liked a small vented patch on the back or underarms to allow it to be a bit more breathable but it was neither sweaty nor stiff like some jackets can be. The length could have been slightly shorter or longer as it sat on my bottom, but once lifted up slightly it stayed put. Not tight when zipped. When unzipped, the top flapped around my chin, but when tucked under it stayed put.
Quality: 4.5⭐️ The zip felt slightly cheap and a bit flimsy at the base when you start the zip, but other than that a great, entry-level, good quality jacket.
Performance: 5⭐️This is a really good jacket which does what it says. It's both wind and water resistant. And whilst it might not be up to winter blasts, it does exactly what it says it will. I tested it in a heavy, seaside downpour and it coped brilliantly. I didn't feel overheated wearing it on my three mile, hilly run (on which I got quite sweaty!)
Style: 4.5⭐️It's let down slightly by the lack of pockets (but that's a personal bias, who really needs pockets when you run?!). It's also quite 'straight up and down' so could be enhanced by being slightly more fitted in the waist perhaps. I love the colour and the look of it and would happily wear it socially as well as kit.
Sizing: 5⭐️It's a roomy 14, which meant I didn't feel self conscious. I think Dare2b sizing overall is quite generous so if you wanted something closer fitting, maybe go down a size.
Would I recommend? I would. It's a good-looking, very lightweight, comfortable running jacket ideal for spring, autumn and summer downpours. I will be using it whenever I'm on a soggy, breezy run!
