Returns Policy

We are currently moving our warehouse to a new location, if you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange please contact us on quoting your order number and we will be able to help you.

Returns Period
Get your unworn item back to us within 14 days, in its original condition and we'll give you a no quibble exchange/refund. 

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted including:

  • Any item not in its original condition or packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Please note that Gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If you need an exchange please list the size/style wanted on the Returns Slip you received with your original order. If you request an exchange and the item/s you request aren’t available we will automatically process a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

Received one of our products as a present and would like to return/exchange?
We'll provide a gift certificate for the value of item you've received, as long as it's returned unworn, in original condition and you can provide the name of the person who purchased the item. Please email us at to begin the process.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Any items bought using discount codes will be refunded with the price paid for the item.

Gift wrap:
If you need to return an item that was gift wrapped we are unable to refund the cost of the gift wrap service.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund to your bank account (the one you made your purchase from) within 14 days of returning your item, please contact us at

Return postage costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
