If you wish to return an item please complete the returns form included with your order and post your item to us at the Returns Address below. If you no longer have your returns form please include a note with your parcel with the following information:

We recommend you get a receipt for your parcel from the post office.
Get your unworn item back to us within 14 days, in its original condition and we'll give you a no quibble exchange/refund. During the festive period we extend our returns policy to allow for unwanted gifts to be returned up until the 10th of January 2020.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted including:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Please note that Gift cards cannot be returned.
Once your refund is approved and processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, please use the returns form that came with your item.
Received one of our products as a present and would like to return/exchange?
We'll provide a gift certificate for the value of item you've received, as long as it's returned unworn, in original condition and you can provide the name of the person who purchased the item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Any items bought using discount codes will be refunded with the price paid for the item.
If you need to return an item that was gift wrapped we are unable to refund the cost of the gift wrap service.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund to your bank account (the one you made your purchase from) within 14 days of returning your item, please contact us at email@example.com
Return postage costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
