Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a query relating to an existing order, or if you need some reassurance before purchasing, then you're in the right place. We've tried to answer the most commonly asked questions here:

What are the postage options?
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Please choose either Standard First Class (1-2 working days) or Standard (3-5 working days).

What's your returns policy?
Some of the items we offer are printed especially for each customer so not everything we offer in the TMR Shop can be returned. Please take a look at our Returns Policy for more information.

How do I know my order has been sent?
As well as the confirmation email when you placed your order, you will receive an email letting you know that your parcel has been lovingly packed and sent on its way.

My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not popped through your letterbox after 10 working days, please email us at and we will track it down.

I've been sent the wrong thing. What do I do?
Please email us at with your order number and details of what has happened and we'll be able to sort it out for you.

Part of my order is missing.
We work from two separate fulfilment centres so if your order contains more than one item they may arrive in separate deliveries. If all items you've ordered haven't arrived after 10 working days please contact us on and we will track it down for you.

My order has arrived and it's broken or faulty.
Please email us at with your order number and details of what has happened and we'll be able to sort it out for you.

Can I cancel my order?
Because our printing and packing teams work so quickly we can’t always guarantee it will be possible to cancel your order. If you do order the wrong thing and wish to cancel your order please email us using quoting your order number and we’ll try our best to help. Emails to this address are checked on a regular basis during office hours Monday to Friday.

Can I update my order?
Please email us on with details of any changes you would like to make and we will do our best to help. Please note that we are unable to make any additions or changes once your items have been dispatched.
