What are the postage options?

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Please choose either First Class (1-2 working days), Second Class (3-5 working days) or Special Delivery (Next Day) on checkout. 

What's your returns policy?

We have a no quibbles returns policy for all purchases. Please have a read of the full Returns Policy for more information. 

How do I know my order has been sent?

As well as the confirmation email when you placed your order, you should receive an email letting you know that your parcel has been lovingly packed and sent on its way. 

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

If your order has not popped through your letterbox after 7 working days, please email us at and we will track it down.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if it has not already been dispatched. Please email us using or the form below quoting your order number.

Can I update my order?

Please email us on with details of any changes you would like to make. Please note that we are unable to make any additions or changes once your items have been dispatched.
