A range of running programmes are available from total beginners to those wanting to tackle their first marathon. All sessions are coached by our specially trained team of Mums, we call them Run Makers. All are UK Athletics qualified Run Leaders who want to inspire other women to give running a go. Thousands of women have already completed our courses and so you are in safe hands.
The course names relate to the number of minutes you'll be able to run by the end of the course, e.g. Run 30 means you'll be running for 30 minutes.
