March 2021 Virtual Challenge - Rest, Relaxation, Movement
This March we are running a new challenge where the theme is rest, relaxation and movement, essentially, we want you to take this month to make sure that you have a little daily time to focus entirely on you and your headspace.

So how does it work?
The challenge will run from March 1st to March 31st and the aim for the challenge is for you to ring-fence at least 20 minutes a day for you to take a break and do something that is for you. What you chose to do in this time is completely up to you so long as you are resting, relaxing or moving in a way that you enjoy. However, we know that sometimes even thinking of something to do that could help you relax is a barrier to relaxation so, once you've signed up, we'll send you a list of 31 ideas to get you started. Perhaps you could use the time throughout the month to learn a new skill, read a new book or maybe try one of the TMR workout classes for free!

At the end of the month, you will receive an email from us with a link to claim your newest TMR medal to celebrate you taking care of yourself for a whole month.
